Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order once it has been processed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
