Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

-Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

-Be in its original packaging.

-Include proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items
